And so we come to THE day! The inauguration day of Donald Trump.
I have been so disappointed at the amount of people – experts – leaders – in the United Kingdom, that are dripping negativity from their lips, every time we see, or read them in the media. Our own Member of Parliament, and leader of his Party, here, has gone bonkers, and his once gentle face has turned into one of a raging phlegm spitting hob-goblin. Brexit is a fait accompli. We need to get on with it. We don’t need hampering by viscous hate leaking out of what should be intelligent people’s minds, and clogging the works. We need hope.
But the Trump inauguration is crackling with hate. There are plans afoot to derail the whole thing as much as possible and shut down the Deploraball. (I bet Hillary really regrets that word, it’s become a rallying call.) The hate thing is so infecting, I have seen blogs I used to follow because they were inspirational and uplifting, turn into vituperous pools of poison.
What news will break today?
It’s a time for hope – not hate.
