Jacaranda trees

Oh, this morning I saw a picture of a Jacaranda tree on my new phone. How beautiful they are! I remembered.

I remembered climbing them as a child. I remembered getting stung by bees hiding in the blossoms. I remembered the squishy purple mess left on the pavements of the town I grew up in, and the care that people took not to slip and fall.

Oh I loved Jacarandas!

Haven’t seen one for many years.

What a shame.

I'm someone also pounding the Path, just like you.. I'm retired, going into Old Age and loving my life. I'm hoping to remain happy and well for as long as possible. Old Age is not SO bad - yet!

Please do comment! That's part of the fun...
