Oh dear, I’ve been eating all wrong for me personally. Suddenly, it’s Hot Cross Bun time. I don’t know if it’s psychological but I know over Easter we won’t be in England, so I’ve been eating them NOW, in case you don’t get them in France!
And then again, Mr Furlong found a Christmas Pudding in the cupboard that we didn’t eat over Christmas. It was full of yummy cherries and brandy. I ate the WHOLE thing!
So my blood sugar has soared. I have to face the fact that if I don’t stick to my low carb high fat paleo way of eating, I AM diabetic.
But in 24 hours, I have it under control again. I used three things.
Fasting between six pm at night till one pm the next day.
Drinking nettle tea.
Taking a tiny amount of Epsom Salts from my finger that I stick into the Epsom Salts jar in the bathroom.
