I just wrote a post on new studies about  cockroaches.

” a team of scientists has not only found evidence that the scuttling insects have personalities, but also discovered that when cockroaches get together, they create a group personality.”

But today I find we have misjudged crocodiles too. They PLAY.

Crocodiles Know How To Have Fun: These Reptiles Surf Waves, Play Ball, And Enjoy Piggyback Rides

“Hundreds of thousands of crocodilians are now kept in captivity in zoos, commercial farms and breeding centers set up for endangered species,” Dinets said. “Providing them with toys and other opportunities for play makes them happier and healthier.”

Are you worried about crocodiles mental health? Perhaps adopt a crocodile would be a good scheme?

I'm someone also pounding the Path, just like you.. I'm retired, going into Old Age and loving my life. I'm hoping to remain happy and well for as long as possible. Old Age is not SO bad - yet!
